Not the right time of year?
Most teachers set their classroom up in the last week of the summer or over the Christmas break. Leave your address and we'll send one reminder before the new term — nothing else.
Pricing questions
The things teachers usually ask before starting a trial.
- Is there a contract or minimum commitment?
- No. Both the monthly and annual plans are pay-as-you-go with no lock-in contract. Cancel from your account settings at any time and you will not be billed again — there is no cancellation fee.
- What happens when my 14-day trial ends?
- You choose to subscribe on the annual (£49/year) or monthly (£5.99/month) plan, or do nothing. If you do not add a payment method, your account simply moves to a read-only state — nothing is charged automatically, since no card is required to start the trial.
- I teach several classes or subjects — do I need to pay per class?
- No. One Pro subscription covers unlimited classes and unlimited students for that teacher account. Secondary teachers running five different classes across the day pay the same £49/year as a primary teacher with one class.
- Can my whole school buy licenses together, or get an invoice for reimbursement?
- Right now each teacher subscribes individually with a card, so many teachers claim it back through their school's CPD or resources budget. If you need multiple staff accounts or a school-wide invoice, email hello@classroomhub.app and we will help set it up.
- What payment methods do you accept?
- All major debit and credit cards, processed securely through Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
- Can I get a refund if it is not right for me?
- The 14-day free trial is designed so you can fully test Classroom Hub with a real class before paying anything. If you subscribe and it genuinely is not working for you, email hello@classroomhub.app within 14 days of being charged and we will refund you.
